Nashua New Hampshire
Nashua New Hampshire known as the "Gate City" is the second largest city in New Hampshire. Nashua's proximity to Boston, the seacoast and the white mountains makes this city an attractive growth center. Nashua has been named by "Money" magazines "Best Place to Live in America" and is the only city in the country to receive this honor twice.
U.S. Route 3 and the Everett Turnpike are the major highways running through the city. Nashua offers a bus line (Boston Express) that runs from Nashua to Boston daily making this a great destination for commuters.
Nashua has 16 elementary schools, 7 middle schools and 2 public high schools Nashua North and Nashua South.
Nashua institutes of higher learning include Hesser College - Nashua, Southern New Hampshire University Nashua campus, Franklin Pierce College Nashua campus, Daniel Webster College, the New Hampshire Community Technical Colleges (Nashua campus), and Rivier College.
Nashua's downtown is a fantastic blend of old and new - from it's red-brick sidewalks and world class historical architecture to it's hip new side-walk cafes. In Nashua you will experience some of the finest restaurants New Hampshire has to offer. Take a romantic stroll through one of the many beautiful public parks including the "Victorian-era" Greely park.
Nashua's ability to maintain it's traditional New Hampshire heritage combined with it's progressive urban qualities makes this a very "livable" city.
